The service
VroomPark provides software that helps venues run valet operations. We are not the operator of the valet service and we do not park cars.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. The venue is the seller of valet services. Questions about a charge should go to the venue first.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it without permission or interfere with its operation.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the partner agreement. [To be completed by counsel.]
