Scope

Merchant of record
The venue is the merchant of record. Payments made to VroomPark through the platform are payments to the venue, and funds are routed to the venue’s connected account.
Fees
Fees are set out in the order form. Payment processor fees are paid to the processor.
Compliance
The venue is responsible for its licenses, insurance, tax registration and wage compliance, and for the accuracy of its posted rates.

Term and termination
