Who we are
VroomPark provides valet software to venues. Venues are the businesses that run valet. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and in our products.
What we collect
On this website: the details you send us in the contact form. In our products: drivers’ phone numbers, vehicle plates, photos taken at check-in and payment information handled by our payment partners.
How we use it
To answer you, to provide the valet service on behalf of a venue, to send transactional text messages about a ticket and to keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
The venue you parked at, and service providers such as payment processors and messaging carriers. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Message bodies are removed after 30 days, plates 90 days after a ticket closes unless an incident exists, photos after 90 days unless attached to an incident, and phone numbers are anonymized after a period of inactivity.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. You can ask us to delete your phone number from our systems by writing to hello@vroompark.example.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The driver page does not use tracking cookies either.
